We offer for sale this 1965 Morris Mini Mark I with just 8 previous owners. We sold this car to the current owner a couple of years ago, he has carried out various upgrades on the car but due to a change of circumstances he has decided to part with the car so we are selling the car on his behalf.
The car has various improvements, one of particular note is the car now has the favoured 1275cc power plant, that sounds fantastic as it is coupled with a Maniflow exhaust system. The car now sports 10″ alloy wheels and tyres that were recently fitted to the car. The V5 is of course present. The car is a Morris Mini NOT a genuine Cooper so ignore the aftermarket badges stating Mini Cooper!
The car came to us with a complete brake conversion kit that is brand new to convert the front drum brakes to discs these are available by separate negotiation and we are happy to fit these if required. The engine starts on the button and drives brilliantly, gearbox is all good too
Bodywork is stunning, no rust, no nasty botched welding, paintwork is excellent and has a even sheen over all panels.. Floor pans are excellent as is the boot floor, engine bay is very tidy but could benefit from further detailing.
Interior is beautiful considering the cars age, the headlining is showing the usual patina, but the carpet set is missing the front wheel arch covers.
